The 317 Hockey League begins on Saturday, October 1! Register today to play on a team. Ages 4 - 17 welcome. Girls and boys teams available. 

October 1: "Celly Day" at the Fuel Tank - this event is to celebrate "Celly" the kickoff of the 2022 -2023 season for the 317 Hockey League. Everyone in the organization is invited to participate in the carnival-type activities outside, including: a dunk tank, face painting, Nitro's Slap Shot Inflatable, Pit Stop's delicious food, Kona Ice truck, Puck Plinko, Frisbee Toss, and more! Be sure to stop by the Jr Fuel Spirit Wear Apparel table in the lobby when you arrive. Inventory is limited so grab it while you can.

Players will be evaluated throughout the morning. Check the schedule below for your player's evaluation time. ***Most outdoor activities will conclude at 12p. If you have an evaluation time after 11a, we encourage you to arrive early to enjoy the festivities***

What if my player can't make evaluations on October 1? We will continue evaluations during the first week of practice (October 3 - 6), and your player will be evaluated at that time. 

How long are practices? 1 hour each week.

When do practices begin? The week of October 3rd.

When do Supplemental Skills begin? The week of October 3.

When do I practice? For the week of October 3rd, practice times will be assigned. An email will be sent to let you know your practice time.

After teams are announced on Friday, October 7, teams will be assigned practice times (click here for general practice schedule). You will be able to see your schedule either by going to your team page on IYHA.com or by following your team via the SportsEngine app. 

When will we know what team we are on and who are coach is: The Draft for each age group will take place on Friday, October 7th. Once complete, you will be notified and will be able to find schedules via the SportsEngine app.

When is the first game? We will have pre-season games on Saturday, October 8. These games will be divided by rink/age group. This will allow coaches the opportunity to see all of the teams play at one location and confirm teams are balanced. If trades are necessary, they will be handled at this time.

Our first official games will be held Saturday, October 15. 

When will we get jerseys/socks? As soon as they arrive, we will distribute them to each head coach. From there, coaches will hand them out. 

Do we have practices on Halloween? Yes

When is Picture Day? Individual pictures and team pictures will be held throughout January. Schedules tba.
