Hello IYHA families:

Please note our Picture Day scheduling below. All photos will be taken on rink 1. Here are a few notes to help us all during the process. 

1. Please have your child dressed and ready on time. Locker rooms will be posted. If they are mites or mini mites, it could be helpful if they come partially dressed from home. Space will be tight. 

2. No helmets, neckguards or mouthguards are needed for pictures. But if your child has practice that night, please make sure they all have those items. 

3. No parents are allowed on the ice, or in the picture-taking area, unless you have been asked by your head coach to assist with organizing your team. We need to keep the congestion to a minimum, and can't have parents trying to take pictures at the same time as our hired photographer. Thank you for your cooperation! 

4. While the pictures will be taken on rink 1, only half of the ice will be used. The other half will be practice as usual for whatever groups are supposed to be there at their usual time. 

5. Team photos will be taken as well as individual pictures. These pictures will be "full-dress." Your coaches and team management will be given photo order forms to pass out to you this weekend during the tournament. Please have them filled out and ready to go by your picture time to help expedite the process. However, don't fret if you forget your check or order form! Our photographer will have spares on site that day, and will accept credit card payments at the rink if necessary.
