To all families with players interested in playing Fusion travel next year at 12U, 14U, or 16U/19U: 

 

Evaluation skates have been scheduled. 

 

There will be three skates on the following dates:

 

Sunday, May 22 from 10-11am Arctic Zone (all levels)

Monday, June 27th from 7-8pm Carmel (all levels)

Saturday, August 20th from 9:30 – 10:30 for 12U and 14U

From 10:45-11:45 for 16U/19U

 

The first 2 skates will be all levels with some drills together and some split ice. The last skate will be on separate pads by age group. Please make your best effort to attend all three. Understanding potential numbers at each level will help coaches and team managers begin building the schedules for next season with a goal of at least 6 weekends of competition at each level.

 

There will be objective measurements at each tryout as well as small area games to evaluate hockey IQ. Attending all skates will give coaches ample opportunity to see a skater's skills and see improvement throughout the summer. Rosters will be finalized after the August skate. If for some reason you or your skater cannot make a skate, please let Coach May, Coach Kauffman, or Coach Bischof know.

 

There will be a $20 fee for each skate, payable to IYHA.
